As Founder of Joy Bharath Enterprises Pvt Ltd, he brings a disciplined, value driven approach to building commercial, leisure, hospitality and entertainment infrastructure across neo urban India.

A seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur with hands-on experience in building sustainable businesses across India, the UK, Singapore, and the USA in technology, medical AI, and real estate sectors.
He holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Viswam Dhaveji

With over 24 years of experience in license compliance, management, and cost optimization, he is a successful ITeS Entrepreneur and a Partner in Lexus ReScape a real estate firm focused on land acquisitions, trading, and the development of mixed-use real estate projects.
He holds a graduate degree in commerce and is a Fellow Member of the ICAI.
